Golf Classic 2022 in association with Lexus Cork
Tues 30th August | 7am-2pm | Cork Golf Club
Our popular Golf Classic returns this August in Cork Golf Club. This will be a 4-Person Team event and is always a fun, exciting day out - perfect for team-building, informal networking and corporate entertainment.
Scenically situated in Cork Harbour, the Club has hosted many major amateur and professional Championships over the years including the Irish Open. Built on free-draining limestone, the course presents a crisp heath-like playing surface similar to links.

Night Time Economy Support Scheme
A new Night-Time Economy Support Scheme (NTESS) has been launched and applications are being invited from eligible businesses. The scheme provides funding of €2.6m to pubs, nightclubs, cafés and other suitable licensed/unlicensed premises to support the provision of entertainment during off-peak times. A maximum allowable grant of €10,000 will be available per application.

Future of Enterprise Policy
Consultation open until 29 July
The Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment has opened a public consultation on the future of enterprise policy. A new white paper on Enterprise aims to sustain a competitive environment in which SMEs flourish, as well as creating an economy which remains attractive to foreign direct investment. Cork Chamber will participate in the consultation on your behalf. Member businesses and stakeholders are also invited to have a say in Ireland’s Future Enterprise Policy. The closing date for submissions is 5pm on Friday, 29th July 2022.
