Train the Trainer
The Business School is currently offering a FETAC accredited Train the Trainer course due to start on the 11th July next. This course is ideal for trainers and subject-matter experts who want to take their training skills to the next level and beyond.
Subject matter experts come to a topic with a great deal of knowledge and expertise. What they may not be as familiar with is how to train or transfer their knowledge to other people.
