Cork Chamber Welcomes A Unique Opportunity For Cork

TRADEIT Food Technology Event, IT Tralee
Date: 1st-3rd October
The event is being organised by TRADIT, a collaborative project supporting small to medium sized traditional food producers and who work within the dairy, meat or bakery sectors. The event will bring together traditional food producers and experts in food safety technologies from across Europe. The purpose of the event is to present technologies suitable for the traditional food sector, and to facilitate the exchange of best practice between food producers, technology providers, researchers and food safety experts. This event has a particular focus on food safety issues for the dairy, meat and bakery Sectors. A brokerage event will take place during the event and there will also be a visit to the Dingle Food Festival. Over 190 nominations were submitted for the awards which are sponsored by Cork Chamber, Evening Echo, Clayton Silver Springs and RedFm.
