Supervisory Management (FETAC Level 6)

The transition from an individual team member to a supervisory role is one of the most critical and difficult career moves. Most are promoted because they are good at doing their job, not because they are good at supervising others. Representing the largest pool of management in most companies, supervisors prove vital to an organisation’s success and investment in their development is crucial. Our accredited Supervisory Management (FETAC Level 6) programme, costing only €450:

  • enables you to understand the role and responsibilities of a supervisor
  • provides you with a range of supervisory and management skill
  • develops good interpersonal communication skills
  • demonstrates the confidence to deal with a variety of challenging situations
  • develops good work practices appropriate to your role as supervisor/line manager

MBTI® Team development Programme

This 2-day programme is designed to provide managers and other individuals who work in team environments with an advanced understanding of the behaviour elements that distinguish high performing teams. It is designed to introduce participants to the concept of individual behaviour preference and to enable them to harness this understanding in a fashion that leads to advanced engagement in collective work environments.
