• Willis Towers Watson established Asset Management Operations in Cork

• Alter Domus Announced 60 New Jobs and the establishment of a Centre of Excellence in Cork (30 March 2017)
• Hengtian Software, a technology services company based in Hangzhou, signed a Strategic Agreement with UCC in September to collaborate in the development of technology products and services in the areas of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning

• Private debt investment firm Beechbrook Capital, announced plans to open an office in Cork (November 2017)
