Services Passport for providers of business and consultation services

The European Commission (EC) has proposed the introduction of a Services Passport for providers of business and consultation services.

The Services Passport will simplify administrative procedures for companies that wish to expand into other EU countries. As part of developing the Passport, the EC are now seeking views from stakeholders on the effect of administrative and regulatory procedures and insurance requirements on attempts to provide services in other EU countries.

Share your experience by engaging in the EC consultation here or contact Sarah by email  with the issues that you would like to see the Services Passport address.
