The EcCoWell concept has been developed out of work done by the OECD & PASCAL International Exchanges (PIE) on lifelong learning. EcCoWell is about taking a holistic approach to city development. In this age of austerity, it champions the use of resources more efficiently by building on areas of common interest between sectors. The conference will feature keynote speakers from the World Health Organisation Healthy Cities, Learning Cities & Regions, European Green Capitals, cities aiming for Sustainable Economic Development.
