Enterprise Europe Network Brokerage Events

 

Biospain 2014 (Biotech), 24-26 September, Santiago de Compostela, Spain

Biospain 2014 is the largest biotech event organised by a national bio-industry association in Europe. This year the Galician Institute for Economic Promotion, Spanish Bio-industry Association, and the University of Navarra are hosting an Enterprise Europe Network brokerage event at Biospain.  This brokerage event will offer participants the opportunity to meet potential partners in pre-arranged one-to-one meetings, to discuss new cooperation opportunities in the areas of research, technology transfer, and commercial partnering. The networking and partnering event is mainly targeted at representatives from companies interested in finding business and/or technology cooperation partners.  The coordinating partners have arranged a discount for Enterprise Europe Network clients. IFIB Match 2014 (Biotechnology), 25-26 September, Genoa, Italy

The Biotech and Bio-economy partnering event is being organised under the framework of theItalian Forum for Industrial Biotechnology and Bio-economy (IFIB) and is being organised in association with the Italian Association for the Development of Biotechnology (Assobiotec), Innovhu-SSI, the Italian Biocatalysis Centre , and Genoa’s Chamber of Commerce.  The focus of the event is to allow participants from the Biotech and Bio-economy sectors to meet potential partners in pre-arranged face-to-face bilateral meetings, with the ultimate scope of establishing new cooperation opportunities in research, technology transfer and commercial areas. Meet Your Buyer (Sustainability and Innovation), 26 September, Ghent, Belgium

Meet Your Buyer is a unique business event where public purchasers and sustainable suppliers into can meet one another to speak about sustainable and innovation solutions for tomorrow. The Flanders branch of the Enterprise Europe Network is organising a matchmaking event which will take place at Meet Your Buyer. Bio Japan Cluster Mission 2014 (Biology, Chemistry, Technology), 13-17 October, Tokyo, Japan

The EU-Japan Centre is organising a cluster match-making mission in the area of Biotechnology. This mission aims to support EU cluster organisations and their SME members in their efforts to access global value chains and develop strategic partnerships and business cooperation.  The mission will give EU SMEs the opportunity to enter the Japanese market and to establish technology or business partnerships. It will last five days and will comprise of market-specific business seminars, group company visits, one-to-one meetings, a targeted trade-fair and excellent networking opportunities. Food Matters Live (Food, Health and Nutrition), 18-20 November, London, UK

Taking place from 18 - 20 November 2014 at London’s ExCeL centre, Food Matters Live Live will include:

The EEN in Cork is looking for expressions of interest from companies/researchers who would be interested in joining a trade delegation to this event, and specifically to avail of the 1:1 meetings being hosted by our partner EEN in South-East UK, and taking place on 19 November.  Companies from across Europe will be attending the brokerage event, including delegations already registered from France, Spain, Italy, Belgium, and of course, the UK.
