Sugar & Spice Cooking Competition
The event will kick off at 2pm with music, family entertainment and of course lots of food. Sugar & Spice takes place this May bank holiday weekend at Bakestone café, Ballyseedy Home & Garden centre, Carrigtwohill, Cork.

To enter, email your recipe to Maggie@hopefoundation.ie , and choose your category - Sugar or Spice - the judges will crown a winner for each. The winners of the Sugar & Spice competition will receive an individual cooking lesson with the Sugar & Spice judges and have the opportunity to have their recipe published in Lilly Higgins’ column in The Sunday Business Post.

The selection panel comprises Lilly Higgins (food blogger and author), Christine Girault (LaSpoon Patisserie), Gautham Iyer (proprietor and chef, Iyers Restaurant), Ali Honour (Bakestone café, Ballyseedy Garden Centre) and Joe McNamee (food writer, Irish Examiner).
