I am delighted to share the news that Cork Chamber has been awarded Chamber of the Year 2025 at this year’s national Chamber Awards. This recognition is a significant honour for our organisation and one that we are incredibly proud to bring home to Cork.

In addition to the overall award, Cork Chamber also received two category wins, for Lobbying & Policy Campaign with our 2024: Year of Elections initiative and for Sustainability & Biodiversity with our work on Embedding Biodiversity in Business: Cork Chamber’s Commitment in Action. These projects reflect two core pillars of our strategy: advocating for a stronger voice for business and leading in sustainable, future-focused thinking.

These awards are a true reflection of you, our members. Everything we achieve as a Chamber is rooted in your insights, your engagement and your ambition for Cork. Our agenda is shaped by your priorities and we are deeply grateful for the trust you place in us to represent your voice locally, nationally and internationally.

I also want to recognise the collective behind this achievement, the Chamber team, our Board of Directors and each of you as members. This is a shared success, made possible by the energy, expertise and collaboration that defines our network. Together, we’ve created momentum that is being recognised nationally, and more importantly, is making a real and lasting impact for Cork.

Looking ahead, we remain focused on what more we can do, to support your business, to shape the policy environment, and to champion Cork as a vibrant, competitive and sustainable place to live and work.
