Cork City Navigating to New Heights with €90m Central Office Square
Cork Chamber is strongly supportive of the decision by Cork City Council to grant planning permission for O’Callaghan Properties’ development of Navigation Square, a new prime 310,000 sq. office scheme in the heart of Cork City Centre.
Welcoming this news, Barrie O’Connell, President of Cork Chamber, said: “The €90m development of Navigation Square will be the single biggest office project ever seen in Cork City Centre, which is a significant positive move and a strong vote of confidence in the future for the City.”

Niall Gibbons is the current Chief Executive of Tourism Ireland, the organisation responsible for marketing the island of Ireland overseas.

He led the development of Tourism Ireland’s ‘Global Greening’ initiative, which has brought tourism to the heart of St Patrick’s Day celebrations across the world and which generates positive media coverage worth tens of millions of euro each March for the island of Ireland.

Have your say in Europe and act as an MEP for the day!
Name: European Parliament of Enterprises Venue: Brussels Date: 13th October 2016 Eurochambres, in cooperation with Chambers Ireland and the European Parliament, will host the fourth edition of the European Parliament of Enterprises in Brussels on 13 October. The event will comprise of over 800 entrepreneurs from 45 European countries and from a cross sector of business, varying in size. The event will give the opportunity to companies to act as MEPs for one day, debating and voting on crucial issues.
14 entrepreneurs will form a part of the Irish delegation. The aim of the event is to provide policy makers with direct, bottom-up feedback on EU policies affecting the business community and will include topics such as trade inside and outside the EU, energy, environment, skills and migration.
