Continue with a light body brushing to exfoliate the skin and prepare it for the soothing salt & lavender scrub, which is applied liberally on the body.  This deeply cleanses the skin, leaving it glowing, vibrant, replenished and flawless.

You then luxuriate in micronized marine algae seaweed bath relax and unwind in the warm aromas of the sea for 15 minutes, whilst sipping herbal tea. This works at a deep level to help flush, relax and cleanse the body.

Following on from this – all your tensions are released with 75-minute prescriptive full body aromatherapy top to toe massage including Indian Head massage Just the job for soothing and relaxing, aching and tensed muscles, which are unknotted with oils of Lavender, Chamomile, Juniper and Geranium in this wonderful 2 and a half hour treatment, finished with a fresh fruit sorbet.
