Networking Lunch on Board the Pont Aven

This popular annual event is held in association with the Ireland France Chamber of Commerce and is a unique day out, giving Cork Chamber members an opportunity to see what the Pont Aven ferry has to offer as well as a chance to entertain clients and colleagues on board this fantastic Brittany Ferries link to France.


Your ticket price includes a pre-lunch “Apéritif” reception drinks reception in the bar and deck area of the ship, followed by a sumptuous luncheon cooked by the best of French chefs and served with a selection of French wines.

Cork Chamber is delighted to welcome Munster Head Coach Rob Penney to speak at the September Business Breakfast at the Fitzgerald Vienna Woods Hotel.  Rob has been Head Coach of the Munster Rugby team since July 2012.


Originally from New Zealand, Rob was Head Coach of Canterbury from 2006 to 2012 and last season took them to their fourth straight ITM Cup national provincial title. This is a truly unique opportunity to hear the Head Coach of the Munster Rugby Team talk about what’s involved in motivating and invigorating a team, whether on the pitch or on the office floor.

Cork Chamber raises its concerns over Cork Airport Air Traffic Control

The Chamber has led engagements with the Irish Aviation Authority (IAA) and the Department of Transport regarding concern about the IAA’s proposal to end the existing guaranteed 24 hour continuous air traffic control coverage at Cork Airport.  This week’s issue provides further details on this work.
