The Draft Cork County Development Plan 2021 has been prepared and will replace not just the current County Development Plan, 2014 but also the current Clonakilty, Cobh, Fermoy, Kinsale, Macroom, Mallow, Midleton, Skibbereen and Youghal former Town Council Town Development Plans and the current 8 Municipal District Local Area Plans 2017.
