Dear Chamber Member,

The advent calendars are out and I hope you, your families and colleagues are well.

Many retailers, services, cultural venues and hospitality reopen their doors for customers once again this week. This has been hard earned and we urge all to shop local and support our local economy. It is essential that we all now play our part in operating responsibly and navigating the festive season as safely as possible so that we can continue to make progress in easing restrictions and opening our society and economy.

This week we are proud to launch a report under our Sustainable Cork Programme and in partnership with UCC Centre for Cooperative Studies. This report, 'Anaerobic Digestion - A Circular Solution for Energy Resilience' and can be viewed here.

We are conscious of the challenges faced by charity organisations at this time. On December 11th we will host a Christmas Charity Lunch Live. All proceeds will go to charity. Why not join us with your team for some entertainment and festive cheer? MORE HERE

We look forward to sharing the exciting announcement of who will receive the 2020 Award for Outstanding Contribution to Business next week. Follow via twitter here, or Linkedin here.

Please feel free to contact me or one of the Chamber team if we can be of assistance to you, and our international team is here for Brexit and export related guidance.

Warm Regards,

Conor Healy
