In 2018, to help us give back to the communities that we live and work in, Cork Chamber partnered with 41 community organisations across Ireland. Through these community links, our employees gave 354 volunteer hours and fundraised €8,575, in addition to company support of €30,005 in cash donations and €36,810 worth of in-kind donations.

Cork Chamber’s first Clock Out & Connect Experience of 2019 promises to engage. Cork Chamber Members are invited to hop on board Cork City Tour’s double-decker bus, which will take you on a historical journey to Cork City Gaol, one of Cork’s most treasured landmarks. Last month, Cork Chamber participated in a series of events and activities in the US, from San Francisco and Florida, to New York, New Jersey, Washington, Miami and Chicago.

The activities included representation in a combination of twinned city meetings with the Lord Mayor and Cork City Council executives, as well as regional promotion and tourism promotion activities on the East Coast, in partnership with Cork County Council and Visit Cork.
