Successful REMCAP Workshop on Maritime Autonomous Systems
On the 23rd of September the REMCAP Project hosted a workshop in the NMCI, Ringaskiddy. The workshop highlighted existing market innovation priorities in the area of Maritime Autonomous Systems and explored opportunities for consortium building, investment and growth in this area.
The workshop was divided into three sessions which focussed on:
1. Monitoring systems for Offshore Wind, Wave and Tidal Energy Installations and Aquaculture Installations 2. Surveying & Underwater Inspection 3. Real-world Applications, Space & Maritime Opportunities including an overview of the CINMarS Project.
