In November, we were invited to attend the launch of the SVP Christmas Food Appeal. This year the SVP staff and volunteers are working tirelessly to provide hampers of essentials to approximately 2,500 families in Cork by Christmas. At the launch there was a list of items which they still required such as nappies, toothbrushes, milk formula, pasta and rice, to name but a few. And that got us thinking!

Cork Chamber, in partnership with Chartered Accountants Cork Society, invite you to attend Demystifying Data, a breakfast event that will help you to understand the valuable insights that can be found in your data through analysis.

The event will be led by Dave Hackett of The Information Lab who works with businesses to help them see and understand their data. Dave's focus is working with Finance teams and Accountants to automate data ingestion, create workflows from multiple data sources and enable teams to use data analysis to generate information that is vital for decision-making and planning.
