The ultimate ambition of this initiative is for a workforce that is representative of all members of Irish society. By signing up to this Pledge, Irish businesses can demonstrate their commitment to building truly inclusive workplaces, and supporting the broader values of Inclusion, Equality, Diversity and Opportunity. The 2022 Elevate Pledge Inaugural Annual Report was recently published showcasing an initial baseline on the diversity profile of the collective workforce and it also shares some insights from the signatories on activities that are impactful for DEI.
