On Thursday, 28th May Cork Chamber, along with participants from the REMCAP project participated in a workshop entitled, 'Expanding Blue Growth around Ports and Facilities' at the 2015 Maritime Days conference which was held in Athens, Greece. The workshop focused on the blue growth areas of offshore wind farms, aquaculture, and marine renewable energy.

After the workshop interested audience members were invited to register their interest in building new project consortia which target the priority innovation topics of seabed anchoring, novel fuels, aquaculture and autonomous systems.
