Cork Chamber is proud to support the EPA’s Food Waste Charter and the National Stop Food Waste campaign, taking place from 1st - 7th March 2026.
This year’s campaign highlights bread as one of the most commonly wasted foods, with the EPA reporting that 48% of people identify bread as the item they waste most often. A range of practical supports is available to help businesses take action and reduce food waste, including a food waste measurement tool and sector-specific guidance materials.
Supported by the Shared Island Fund, InterTrade Ireland offers a suite of funded programmes designed to support women entrepreneurs at every stage, from early ventures to scaling businesses. Participants gain access to mentorship, workshops and networking opportunities to accelerate growth.The scheme supports the delivery of new programmes and supports for businesses across the island of Ireland in the areas of Women’s Entrepreneurship, Clustering and Sustainable Enterprise.
