‘New Cork’ Expansion
Feedback on Cork City Docks and Tivoli Dock Development Plans

Cork City Council is currently preparing new plans to guide the development of 220 hectares on docklands North and South of the River Lee. Combined, the docklands plan could see the city expand eastwards and become home to another 12,500 housing units and 33,000 new jobs.

On behalf of members, Cork Chamber will be making a submission to the consultation process but we would love to hear your feedback first.

If you have any comments or ideas to share please get in touch with Sarah / Michelle.

The consultation documents can be viewed here.
Further commentary available on the Irish Examiner & Evening Echo.
