To inform our policy and lobbying work, this survey gathers data on your business experiences over Q3 and your outlook across a number of key financial measures for the last quarter of 2014. This quarter’s survey also seeks your perspective on Budget 2015.

Curtis is new Chair of Cork Regional Chambers
At its recent Annual General Meeting, the Cork Regional Chambers elected Mr. Brian Curtis as Chair for the coming year. Mr. Curtis is currently President of Cobh and Harbour Chamber and is involved locally with the construction of Whitepoint marina in Cobh which is due to come on stream in early 2015. The Cork Regional Chambers consists of Cork, Cobh & Harbour, Charleville, Clonakilty, Kanturk, Mallow and Midleton & Area Chambers. Representatives from these Chambers meet regularly to discuss and move forward issues of common interest in the region.

Enterprise Europe Network At Cork Chamber
Canada recently joined the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN), bringing the total network reach to 53 countries, across the EU and beyond. Canada’s EEN consortium is led by the Canadian Manufacturers and Exporters, Canada’s largest industry and trade association.

Canada is now part of the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) and as such, becomes the 53rd country in the Network. This advancement boosts the support for European SMEs who are looking towards Canada, a key international market.
