The revision of the Late Payment Directive (2011/7/EU) - What is your view?

The Enterprise Europe Network has launched a new survey on the revision of the Late Payment Directive (2011/7/EU). The aim of this consultation is to learn:

  • the main features of payment terms used by businesses
  • businesses experience of unfair payment practices 
  • businesses handling of disputes about payment delays
  • businesses views on possible policy measures to combat late payments

If you are an SME who is primarily engaged in business-to-business transactions, we want to hear from you. This survey will close on 16th February 2023.
