One Venue, Three Festivals, Great Value

Organised by the Munster Agricultural Society, Experience Fest Cork Summer Show takes place from June 13th-15th at Curraheen Village, just outside Cork City. Incorporating the hugely popular Cork Summer Show, this year has three festivals in one with Cork Food Fest and Music Fest making a fantastic line up for all the family.

Cork Food Fest will host over 100 artisan producers, food demonstrations and live music in a village setting, all celebrating the rich tradition of food and craft beers in Cork. Celebrity Chefs Lily Higgins, Masterchef Winner Diana Dodog and Baker and RTE Today Chef Ali Honour will give valuable cooking tips while local restaurants will create and serve delicious tasting menus based on the best of Irish produce. There will be a special focus on craft beer with a host of Cork Craft Breweries including the Franciscan Well, Blacks of Kinsale, Mountain Man, Cotton Ball and Cider-Stonewell all taking part in Cork Food Fest.

Calling on all people who would love to develop their skills in speaking Irish

This is an opportunity for people to meet and speak Irish in a social and relaxed environment. Nobody needs to worry about their knowledge of the language!

Meetings are held frequently depending on people’s preferences. The emphasis is on the spoken language rather than spellings and tenses etc.

For members of the Chamber of Commerce, we will introduce some commercial themes and words. Further information is available from Pat McCarthy at 086-2635113.
