Be Better @ Performance Management (July 27th) - On completion of this course participants will have an increased understanding of the performance procedure, be familiar with how to effectively manage performance in the workplace and have knowledge of how to the legislative background

Be Better @ Grievance & Disciplinary (August 8th) - On completion of this course participants will have an increased understanding of the differences in a grievance procedure and a disciplinary procedure, be familiar with how to investigate disciplinary situations and have knowledge of how to respond appropriately to a grievance.

Be Better @ Recruitment & Selection (August 24th) – On completion of this course participants will have an increased understanding of the interview process, correctly evaluating the right person for the job, assessing and scoring candidates performance in interviews and be able to ensure the recruitment process is completed in line with legislative requirements and best practice
