The objectives of the Study will be to determine the constituent elements of a successful and commercially viable Food Centre and to recommend a strategy for the advancement of such a development.

At the end of 14 weeks students have the option of taking the HSK test, will be able to hold a basic conversation, be able to introduce their company in Chinese, and have a working knowledge of Chinese business culture and etiquette.
