A series of specially commissioned plays bringing events of 1916 to life. Each play focuses on certain events leading up to the 1916 Rising including; The Women of the Rising, O’Donovan Rossa Connection, The 1913 Lockout Connolly and WWI Rodger Casement, and the finale The Preparation & The Rising. Model and fashionista, Daisy Lowe, has teamed up Enable Ireland and their good friends TK Maxx for ‘Give Up Clothes for Good’ 2016! The campaign asks the public to donate their unwanted clothes, accessories and quality homeware in the special drop off points provided in TK Maxx stores nationwide all year round. Donated items will be sold in Enable Ireland shops and money raised by the sale of these items will help to fund Enable Ireland services.
