Mobility across Europe
Posted Workers in EU States
A "posted” worker is someone who is employed in one EU Member State and sent by his/her employer on a temporary basis to carry out work in another Member State.
As the Posting of Workers Directive requires EU countries to cooperate and share information, national liaison offices and authorities have been set up in each country. They monitor the terms and conditions of employment and are contact points for authorities from other Member States, companies that post workers and posted workers themselves. Find national contact points in each Member State, under the heading 'Work & Retirement' here.
For more information on mobility across Europe or any other aspect of doing business internationally, get in touch with Margaret Kelly, Enterprise Europe Network Coordinator.

2019 will see some very significant projects coming to fruition. These, among others, will serve the Cork business community through the delivery of much needed office space, living and hotel accommodation. Below are some highlights from JCD, O'Callaghan Properties, Clarendon and BAM Ireland.
