This session will cover key business reasons on why your business requires call recording e.g. de-risking your business, dispute resolution. The value of call recording in terms of quality and training. PCI Compliance – advice on handling credit card numbers and dealing with the 3 digit PAC code.

 Speaker Profiles:

• Mark Evans, Head of Voice and Call Recording at Unity Technology Solutions

With over 14 years experience in the Voice industry, Evans previously held the roles of Call recording and WFM Manager and Lead Call Recording and Support Engineer at Calyx Ireland. Evans has a BSc. in Computer Networking and a Diploma in Computer Programming.

• Gordon Harris, Enterprise Account Director at Unity Technology Solutions

With over 13 years experience in the Voice industry, Harris previously held the roles of Account Director and Corporate Account Manager at Calyx Ireland.  Harris has a Degree in Business and Computers from Griffith College Dublin.
