More than 40 buildings will unlock their doors and provide free public access on this special day in Cork city.  Many of these buildings are not typically accessible to the public, making Cork Heritage Open Day a really unique opportunity to explore the built heritage of Cork.  As well as access to buildings, there are more than 100 free events taking place throughout the city included in the programme for Saturday, 22 August 2015. Cork Chamber (open from 12 -3pm) is one of the many unique buildings participating in Cork Heritage Open Day and a full list of events and buildings can be found here

Level 2 Food Safety Training

This day long course covers the necessary skills required to practice HACCP effectively in the workplace and provides food workers with adequate training in the basic principles of food safety.  This Course is a minimum requirement for kitchen staff. Following completion, certificates are issued through the Food Safety Professionals Association.
