The programme assists jobseekers at key transition points between education, training and employment. The ability programme assists companies to be more inclusive when recruiting staff. Cork Chamber believes strongly in supported employment, and the inclusion of people with disabilities in the workplace. We sit on the Ability@Work Advisory Committee, have employed a person through the Ability@work programme, participate in the Cope Foundation Job Shadow Day annually and are committed to encouraging all Cork companies to do the same.
