The 200th Annual General Meeting of the Cork Chamber will be held on Monday 29th April in the Imperial Hotel, Cork at 6pm at which the President will be elected and new Board members will be announced.
The installation of the new water main on the south side of MacCurtain Street is nearing completion with a short section at the Kent Station side of the Summerhill Junction to be installed this week.
This will facilitate the connection to the newly laid water main on the Lower Glanmire Road and ultimately provide a more reliable water supply when commissioned.
These works are being undertaken at night and are due to be complete before the weekend.
