Through our values, we seek to be dynamic and forward thinking, to be purposeful change makers. In 2019 we will continue to work with Chambers Ireland to advance women in STEM, female pension coverage, flexible working hours and affordable childcare to improve gender equality in Ireland.

Did you know that:

• 55.1% of Irish women between 25-34 have a third level education
• 51.5% of women are active in the Irish labour force
• Only one-third of women have a supplementary pension
• 22% of TDs are female
