The closing date for the supplement to the register is May 7^th so you still have time to Shape Your City.

How do I register to vote?

To do this you must complete a Registration Form to be put on to the Register of Electors.

• From now until May 7^th this form will be the RFA2 Form.
• This will allow you to join the Supplement to the Register.

Where do I get a form?

• Forms are available from your local post office, library, garda station and local county council offices.
• And online at www.checktheregister.ie & https://www.corkcity.ie/en/council-services/councillors-and-democracy/voting/
• This form must be stamped and signed by a Garda. Remember to bring photo identification with you
• You then Freepost the form into your local City or County Council Franchise Office
