Cork Chamber win at Chambers Ireland Awards 2022
Recognition for most innovative project
Cork Chamber was nominated in four categories at the recent Chambers Ireland Awards 2022. Success was achieved with a win in the ' Most Innovative' category for our project 'Communicating Europe- Cork's Place in Europe'. Now as the 2nd largest English speaking city in Europe, Cork has an opportunity to raise its profile and to actively engage with EU on tackling the challenges of our time and enhancing the single market.
This project was powered by contributions from our passionate business community. Thank you to those member businesses members who supported the promotion of our qualitative research survey and shared their views. In the year of the Conference on the Future of Europe - insights and findings were shared with participants at an event with speakers: MEP, Billy Kelleher; Emmy Coffey Nguyen; Councillor Kieran McCarthy and Noelle O'Connell, European Movement Ireland.
