23rd May - €140 for Chamber Members!

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) comes into effect across Europe in May 2018 and in many ways will be equivalent in scale and scope to the implementation of Health & Safety regulations in the latter half of the 20th century - Data Protection Commissioner Helen Dixon believes the way we do business will never be the same again.

This one-day training course will give attendees a solid understanding of data protection and will give practical advice on how to implement good practice across a range of business activities such as running a website, marketing activities, handling customer payments and providing customer service.
