The EU Business Hub - Japan and the Republic of Korea invite you to participate in their new programme and upcoming business missions.

 

The EU Business Hub is an EU-funded programme which supports EU companies active in the green and low-carbon technologies; digital solutions; and healthcare and medical equipment sectors to enter the two Asian markets by organising 10 business missions to Japan and 10 business missions to the Republic of Korea over the next four years.


The EU Business Hub - Japan and the Republic of Korea invite you to participate in their new programme and upcoming business missions.

 

The EU Business Hub is an EU-funded programme which supports EU companies active in the green and low-carbon technologies; digital solutions; and healthcare and medical equipment sectors to enter the two Asian markets by organising 10 business missions to Japan and 10 business missions to the Republic of Korea over the next four years.

 

Each business mission will allow a group of selected 50 cutting-edge companies to benefit from extensive business coaching throughout their participation. The EU Business Hub business missions offer a series of benefits to selected EU SMEs and start-ups, such as:

  • Strategic coaching on market opportunities and local business culture.
  • Individual matchmaking with a personalised schedule of B2B meetings with local companies.
  • Targeted promotion through the exhibition of the company's products and services.
  • Logistical support and assistance throughout the mission, from exhibition setup to promotional materials.
  • Financial support with a maximum EU contribution of €1,000 for accommodation costs (4 nights, one room per company). 
  • Optional co-financed customised services that range from legal advice to printing and translations.

EU SMEs and start-ups complying with the programme eligibility criteria can already apply for the first two business missions.

  2. EU Business Hub @Semicon Japan 2024 - Tokyo, Japan, 9-13 December 2024. Deadline for applications: 16 August.

Resilient Cork Fund

The Resilient Cork Fund is Rethink Ireland’s latest place-based fund. The Fund is a €570,000 8-month fund and part of our Equality cluster. The fund aligns with SDGs 8, 10 and 11 by tackling inequality and promoting social inclusion for marginalised groups, fostering mental resilience and economic participation, and enhancing the inclusivity and resilience of Cork City and County with a particular focus on migrants, refugees, asylum seekers, other ethnic minorities and other groups facing discrimination and social exclusion.
