Cork Chamber in partnership with MII Cork invite you to get in the driving seat of innovation this January as we host Paulo Alves, Managing Director of BMW Group Ireland.  Mr. Alves will share with guests the BMW ethos of ‘practice what you preach’ when it comes to bringing their brand value, innovation, to life.

The BMW Innovation Strategy, with customers as the driving force, is key to the success of this global brand. Providing customers with a brand experience, rather than a simple deal on a car, is a primary focus for Alves. His incredible passion and enthusiasm for the brands’ engineering and design permeates the organisation at every level, both in terms of the product range and the development of an immersive consumer experience. This enthusiasm will no doubt be emulated through his presentation at the event so make sure you book early to hear it for yourself!

All businesses have plenty of raw data at their fingertips, but knowing how to analyse and effectively utilise this data is a mystery to most of us. Cork Chamber, in partnership with Chartered Accountants Cork Society, invite you to attend Demystifying Data, a breakfast event that will help you to understand the valuable insights that can be found in your data through analysis.

The event will be led by Dave Hackett of The Information Lab who works with businesses to help them see and understand their data. Dave's focus is working with Finance teams and Accountants to automate data ingestion, create workflows from multiple data sources and enable teams to use data analysis to generate information that is vital for decision-making and planning.
